DHAKA, Nov 7 (NNN-BSS) – The Bangladeshi government said yesterday that, it would not take any new mega projects, before the next national election.
Road Transport and Bridges Minister, Obaidul Quader, made the remarks during an event in the capital, Dhaka.
“There is no plan to take any new mega project before the election, as per the directive of the prime minister,” he said.
According to Quader, the country’s next national polls will be held in Dec, 2023, or Jan, 2024.– NNN-BSS
