NEW YORK, Oct 22 (NNN-NHK) – The U.S. dollar weakened yesterday, while the Japanese currency staged a sharp rebound.
The dollar index, which measures the greenback against six major peers, fell 0.79 percent to 111.9900 in late trading.
The yen rallied noticeably against the U.S. dollar, after hitting a fresh 32-year low earlier in the session.– NNN-NHK
