Seven Dead In Fire Accident In Pakistan’s Punjab

ISLAMABAD, Oct 8 (NNN-APP) – At least seven people were killed and another injured yesterday, after a fire broke out in a residential plaza, in Faisalabad city of Pakistan’s eastern Punjab province, rescue workers said.

The accident took place in the upper storey of the building, in the Karkhana bazar area of the city, due to a short circuit.

According to rescue workers, about 34 people were residing in the building.

The deceased included two boys and two girls, while another girl went missing, rescue workers said, adding that, the search operation for the missing girl was underway.– NNN-APP
