KABUL, Aug 21 (NNN-ANA) – Afghan police rescued a child from kidnappers’ clutch, and arrested three suspects, in an operation outside the capital city, Kabul, police official, Mawlavi Musa Jan Ibrahim said, yesterday.
In an operation days ago, Kabul police found the kidnapped child in a house in Kotal-e-Shamali area, outside the Kabul city centre yesterday morning, and brought him to his parents, the official said.
The police also arrested three people for involvement in the kidnapping, and launched an investigation, he added.
Kabul police said, they have arrested hundreds of people involved in criminal activities over the past couple of months.– NNN-ANA
