RAMALLAH, Aug 10 (NNN-WAFA) – Four more Palestinians were killed yesterday, during clashes with Israeli soldiers in the West Bank, the Palestinian health ministry said.
Among the victims were three from the northern West Bank city of Nablus and one from the southern city of Hebron.
The clashes in Nablus broke out, when Israeli special forces stormed the city before dawn, hunting for wanted Palestinians over their suspected involvement in carrying out attacks against Israel.
The Israeli police said in a statement that, Israeli forces encircled the home of Ibrahim al-Nabulsi, wanted by Israel for carrying out a series of shooting attacks in the West Bank, this year, in the old city of Nablus.
In a separate statement, the Israeli regime military said, its troops traded fire with “several ‘terrorists'” inside al-Nabulsi’s home, killing three Palestinian gunmen, including al-Nabulsi.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said, the Israeli soldiers even opened fire at the Palestinian ambulances and prevented medical teams from entering the area to evacuate the victims.
In Hebron, 17-year-old Mo’men Jaber was shot in the chest and succumbed to his wounds during clashes with Israeli soldiers, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.
