BERLIN, Germany, April 6 (NNN-SANA) – The Russian Foreign Ministry announced on Friday that, the Kazakh capital of Nursultan will host a new high-level meeting on the crisis in Syria on April 25-26.
Russian Deputy Foreign Minister, Sergey Vershinin, said in a press statement from Berlin, “We are close to reach an agreement on the time of the meeting, I can say that a high-level meeting is set to be held on April 25-26, in the formula of Astana in Nursultan.”
He affirmed that Russia is firmly cooperating with Iran and Turkey in that regard.
Eleven meetings were held in the formula of Astana, one of them was held in Sochi, all of them affirmed the need for keeping Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.– NNN-SANA
