SERI KEMBANGAN, July 18 (Bernama) — The nineteenth day of the sixth lunar month is Avalokiteshvara Enlightenment Day. Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew, the founder of Golden Horse Digital Investment Bank (GHDIB), and Venerable Palden Nyima Rinpoche, the founder of the Kunzang Chokhor Ling Buddhists Association, jointly hosted the “Enlightenment Anniversary of Avalokiteshvara Blessing Ceremony” program on Sunday in conjunction with the Avalokiteshvara Enlightenment Day. A group of sangha members from the Three Yanas was also invited to the event to preside over the blessing ceremony.
The event begins with welcome speech given by Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew, the organizing chairman.
