KUALA LUMPUR, June 14 (Bernama) — AmBank has further enhanced its e-KYC capabilities to facilitate fully end-to-end digital account opening through its award-winning digital mobile banking platform, AmOnline.
Dato’ Sulaiman Mohd Tahir, Group Chief Executive Officer, AmBank Group said, “In view of today’s digital-first world, we have made great advancements by delivering swift and convenient services at the touch of a fingertip. The user interface and experience of the AmOnline app has been enhanced for a more intuitive and seamless customer onboarding experience. As a result, we have recorded a 70% jump in new accounts opened in Q1 2022 as compared to Q4 2021.”
