NEW YORK, Apr 6 (NNN-XINHUA) – An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.7, jolted South Sandwich Islands region, at 21:26:53 GMT last night, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicentre, with a depth of 31.69 km, was initially determined to be at 57.9774 degrees south latitude, and 25.2682 degrees west longitude.– NNN-XINHUA
