JALALABAD, Mar 13 (NNN-ANA) – Students of a private university, displayed their products in Jalalabad, capital of eastern Afghanistan’s Nangarhar province yesterday, to attract investment.
The goods showcased in the fair included pickle, honey, jam, milk, yogurt, cheese, toothpaste and face wash cream, made by students of the economy faculty of Al-Taqwa private university, chancellor of the university, Khoshal Jawad, told reporters here.
In the two-day exhibition, the goods were put in 35 stalls to attract investment, in support of the private sector, with the aim to show the capability and talents of the students, Jawad added.
Welcoming the exhibition, a student of the economy faculty, Subhanullah Farooqi called upon Afghan authorities, to foster an environment for establishing small plants and create jobs.– NNN-ANA
