ZAMFARA (Kaduna, Nigeria), March 11 (NNN-AGENCIES) — Three Kidnap victims including a female and under-aged boy who are natives of Kaduna state of Nigeria have been rescued.

A spokesperson for the state police command, SP Mohammed Shehu said in a statement that the residents were rescued by the police tactical operatives in Zamfara.

It was reported that two (2) of the victims were abducted in Tumburku in Giwa LGA of Kaduna state on Feb 20, while the underage victim was abducted from Birnin Gwari LGA of Kaduna state about 2 years ago.

The underage victim was said to have been subjected to rearing animals for the bandits until he was successfully rescued by the operatives.

SP Shehu said that the victims have been taken to the hospital for medical treatment after which they would be debriefed. — NNN-AGENCIES
