BRATISLAVA, Dec 12 (NNN-AGENCIES) — All shops and services such as hairdressers and fitness studios, will be allowed to open in Slovakia for those who are recovered from or vaccinated against Covid-19.

Those who have not been vaccinated or recovered from an infection with the coronavirus will only be allowed to attend essential activities.

Restaurants however remain closed, while hotels and guest houses are allowed to accommodate business travellers but not tourists.

The health authorities stressed that the state of emergency is still in place, and some restrictions apply to the vaccinated or recovered. For example, proof of recovery or vaccination must be presented when going to the office.
From Monday, all schools, except the first four grades, will have to switch to online classes.

A nationwide lockdown for everyone had been in effect since Nov 25, but schools were exempt. — NNN-AGENCIES
