KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 9 (Bernama) — PETRONAS Gas Berhad (PGB) has approved a Final Investment Decision (FID) for the construction of a new compressor station in Kluang, Johor at an approximate cost of RM460 Million.
PGB’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Abdul Aziz Othman said, “The additional capacity resulting from this project is aimed to spur the growth of gas demand in Malaysia’s southern region from various industries and provide security of supply to the existing gas users in this region as a cleaner source of energy.”
