ULAN BATOR, Dec 7 (NNN-XINHUA) – Mongolian Prime Minister, Luvsannamsrai Oyun-Erdene, was elected chairman of the ruling Mongolian People’s Party (MPP) yesterday.
He received 99.7 percent of the votes from 1,245 party members across the country, who are attending the MPP’s two-day congress, which began yesterday.
“Today (yesterday), I have the political power and opportunity to act boldly. I will do my best to keep your trust,” Oyun-Erdene told the party members, after elected as the leader of the party.– NNN-XINHUA
