KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 18 (Bernama) — Held in conjunction with the 7th Selangor International Expo (F&B) which is part of the Selangor International Business Summit 2021 (SIBS), the event will be held at KLCC Convention Centre from 18th to 21st November 2021. Selangor International Culinary Festival 2021, jointly organised with Professional Culinaire Association (PCA) featuring the Worldchefs Endorsed Culinary Competition – SICF2021 Culinary Challenge; Gastronomic Master Class, Malaysia Chefs Forum and two new components, Malaysia Chefs Village and SICF TV.
The Culinary Challenge, a Worldchefs Endorsed Culinary Competition will feature a total of 8 categories from fruit &vegetable carving to Malay, Peranakan and Nyonya to Pastry Artistic Showpiece.
