MOSCOW, Oct 26 (NNN-TASS) – At least four people were injured, as a result of an explosion in a five-story apartment building, in the Russian city of Naberezhnye Chelny, local media reported yesterday.
Six apartments on the last two floors of the building were destroyed, following the explosion, a source from the emergency services, said.
According to preliminary information, four people were injured following the blast, and 32 were evacuated from the site. Several people could be under the debris.
A gas leak could be behind the explosion, said the report, citing the source.– NNN-TASS
