BEIRUT, Oct 23 (NNN-NNA) – Lebanon and Argentina agreed yesterday, to boost cooperation in the private sector, a statement by Beirut’s Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, said.
During his meeting with Argentinean Ambassador to Lebanon, Mauricio Alice, Mohammad Choucair, head of the Lebanese chamber, emphasised keenness of Lebanon’s private sector to boost cooperation with its Argentine counterpart, which would benefit both countries.
He also called on Argentine companies to adopt Lebanon, as their centre for expansion towards countries in the region.
He also called for facilitating the entry of Lebanese products into the Argentine market.
For his part, Alice said, he will take all necessary measures with the relevant authorities in his country, to enhance cooperation with Lebanon’s private sector.– NNN-NNA
