Iran Seeks Cooperation With All Countries Based On Mutual Respect: President

TEHRAN, Sept 27 (NNN-IRNA) – Iran’s President, Ebrahim Raisi, said yesterday that, Iran seeks to cooperate with all countries, based on mutual respect, Iranian Foreign Ministry’s website, reported.

In an address to his meeting with Simon Shercliff, Britain’s new ambassador to Iran, he said, such cooperation is also required, to be free from the “hegemonic system’s impact.”

Raisi said that, the best way to cooperate with Iran is through upholding the principle of mutual respect, saying, the Islamic Republic does not accept any untrue or unjustifiable remark.

The Iranian president regretted that at present, human rights have become a political weapon, for dealing blows to other countries.– NNN-IRNA
