JERUSALEM, Sept 23 (NNN-PNN) – Israel’s Ministry of Health, yesterday, reported 4,800 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the tally of infections in the regime to 1,244,580.
The death toll from the virus rose by 15 to 7,582, the ministry added.
The number of patients in serious condition in Israel increased from 710 to 723, total recoveries climbed to 1,162,100, after 2,362 newly recovered cases were recorded, and active cases stood at 74,898.
The number of people who have received the first doses of COVID-19 vaccines in Israel stood at 6.07 million, or 64.6 percent of its total population, while over 5.59 million have taken two doses and over 3.1 million have got three jabs, according to the ministry.– NNN-PNN
