PETALING JAYA, Aug 4 (Bernama) — More than one hundred students of a leading private higher education institution, SEGi University (Sibu Campus), have successfully registered as volunteers to support the government’s initiative in the National COVID-19 Immunisation Programme (PICK) at the National COVID-19 Vaccination Call Centre in Lanang Health Clinic Sibu, Sarawak.
Since coming out in full force as the healthcare partner of the recent industry immunisation campaign, the team has helped to vaccinate more than 10,000 people in Sibu within a few days of its operation. It was the most significant experience for participating specialist doctors, nurses and students as no satisfaction is greater than doing their part in the current crucial fight against COVID-19.
