InnoSwitch4-CZ devices incorporate a robust 750 V primary switch using Power Integrations’ PowiGaN™ technology and a novel high frequency active clamp flyback controller to facilitate a new class of ultra-compact chargers suitable for phones, tablets, and laptops.
