MOSCOW, May 11 (NNN-Xinhua) — Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered to urgently tighten the control of civilian weapons following the deadly school shooting in Kazan on Tuesday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
Putin expressed deep condolences to the relatives of the children killed in the armed attack, Peskov said.
