DOHA, Apr 17 (NNN-QNA) – The Qatari health ministry, yesterday announced, 978 new COVID-19 infections, raising the total number of confirmed cases in the Gulf state to 194,930.
Meanwhile, 613 more recovered from the virus, bringing the overall recoveries to 172,598, while the death toll increased by 10 to 367, according to a ministry statement.
A total of 1,830,688 persons in Qatar have taken lab tests for COVID-19, so far, while the total number of vaccine doses administered is 1,209,648.– NNN-QNA
