MUSCAT, Feb 25 (NNN-ONA) – The Omani health ministry, yesterday announced 311 new COVID-19 cases, raising the total confirmed number in the sultanate to 140,300.
Meanwhile, 242 people recovered during the past 24 hours, taking the overall recoveries to 131,385, while one death was reported, pushing up the death toll to 1,558, according to a ministry statement.
The ministry urged everyone to adhere to social distancing instructions, issued by the Supreme Committee, responsible for dealing with the coronavirus pandemic.– NNN-ONA
