PETALING JAYA, Feb 6 (NNN-BERNAMA) – Bukit Aman, the Royal Malaysian Police Headquarters, named Pahang police chief, Abd Jalil Hassan, as the new Selangor police chief.
Its corporate communications division announced that, the appointment will take effect from Mar 1.
This comes, after the retirement of former Selangor police chief, Noor Azam Jamaludin, in Dec, who was replaced by his deputy, Arjunaidi Mohamed, as acting police chief.– NNN-BERNAMA
