MUSCAT, Feb 1 (NNN-ONA) – The Omani health ministry, yesterday, announced 598 new COVID-19 infections, raising the total number of confirmed cases in the Sultanate to 134,326.
Meanwhile, 282 people newly recovered, taking the overall recoveries to 126,854, while two deaths were reported, pushing the death toll up to 1,529, according to a ministry statement.
The ministry urged everyone to adhere to social distancing instructions by the supreme COVID-19 committee.– NNN-ONA
