PENANG, Jan 22 (Bernama) — Leading online employment portal JobStreet is stepping in to help retrenched workers affected by the eventual closure of Sony Malaysia’s manufacturing plant in Prai, Penang.
The Sony plant will cease operations by September this year, and be completely shut down by March 2022, affecting some 1,757 local employees.
