YANGON, Nov 23 (NNN-MNA) – Total number of COVID-19 cases in Myanmar increased to 79,246 yesterday, according to the Ministry of Health and Sports.
A total of 1,398 more COVID-19 confirmed cases were reported in the country.
The death toll reached 1,739 with 17 newly reported deaths on Sunday, the release said.
According to the ministry’s figures, 58,758 patients have been discharged from hospitals so far.
A total of 1,019,238 samples have been tested so far, the ministry’s figures said.
