BEIRUT, Lebanon, Feb 23 (NNN-NNA) – The Lebanese Army, on Friday, received military equipment donated by Canada, local media reported.
“Canada is committed to offering military aid to the Lebanese Army,” Canadian Ambassador to Lebanon, Emmanuelle Lamoureux, was quoted as saying.
The ambassador donated the military equipment, during a ceremony held at a ski school in the Cedars, in Mount Lebanon.
Lamoureux emphasised the great importance of cooperation between the Lebanese and Canadian armies.– NNN-NNA
